Pornography, nudity, sexual services, escort/“hookup” adverts or any sexually explicit photos, videos or text are strictly prohibited and are automatically blocked and removed.
No drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, wildlife products, stolen items, or any other illegal goods or services.
Use your own photos/videos, describe the property truthfully, and set a fair price. Don’t impersonate other people or businesses.
No harassment, hate speech, threats, spam or scams in listings or direct messages. Treat other users the way you’d want to be treated.
Never ask for deposits or payments before a viewing on unverified property. Report anyone who does.
